Paul is a business builder with 20-plus years of experience as CEO of several middle-market corporations. Paul’s strengths include strategic planning, business development in new product introductions and M&A, marketing and sales management. His business-to-business industrial products experience is complemented by his consumer packaged goods and brand-building expertise, acquired at General Mills, RJR Nabisco and Kraft Foods. Paul earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a B.S. from Brown University. Paul also serves as a director on the boards of several private, middle market companies.
The Team


Tim has over 15 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing project and planning experience. He brings a strategic approach to ensure that daily scheduling, material management and production planning is achieved within budget and timeline. Previously he worked for Micron Technologies with responsibility for the planning of all production activities, client-vendor interface, budgetary management and employee training. Tim has exemplary knowledge in cGMP and FDA standards, as well as strong communication skills that have helped him establish and maintain excellent customer relations.

Thom has an extensive, 20-year multi-industry foundation of manufacturing and supervision in consumer, military and precision clean-room operations, including SGS Thompson, Lockheed-Martin, and ownership of his own manufacturing company. He also served as Clinic Director of a medical/surgical practice and has worked in pharmaceutical manufacturing, formulation, process development and technical operations. At Axcentria, Thom is instrumental in rebuilding and maintaining the safety, HAZCOM, waste disposal and DEP/EPA Compliance programs, and is a member of the product development team. Thom has participated on organoleptic panels for food and beverage industries and served as a judge for brewing competitions. He brings those unique experiences and talents to Axcentria, where he has built and leads the flavor development and evaluation program.
